Writing an Accessibility Statement
Whether you simply want to strive for inclusivity, attract new customers or simply make sure you comply with discrimination laws, having a good accessibility statement is vital for showing your commitment to including disabled people.
In this class you will get to grips with the basics of what accessibility is and who it’s for. Based on the Core Principles of Accessibility I will take you through the steps of creating a bespoke accessibility statement for your business, venue or event. By completing the class project you will learn to define the core values of your project and you core goals of accessibility. I will then teach you how to expand on these principles to create your own accessibility statement that’s ready for publication on your website.
If you aren’t already a Skillshare member you can still watch the class and get two months free membership by using my referral link.
If you want to know a little more about the class and what it covers then take a look at the introduction video.
